OUR POLICY:

1. Cancellation/ Late /No-Show:
We ask that you give us 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. So that we can adjust our schedule. Please arrive ten minutes early to check-in. You need to call us If you are running late for less than 10 minutes. If you are late more than 10 minutes. Your appointment will be canceled.

2. Groupon vouchers 
To schedule an appointment, please call (626) 215-3204 and present your GROUPON redemption code at the time of scheduling. Appointments should be made at least one month prior to the expiration date. We will redeem your Groupon Voucher if you do not call us to reschedule before 24 hours or you do not show up at your appointment time. Please have a credit card available at the time of scheduling. Please note that additional fees may apply.

3. We only take appointments. To schedule please call (626) 215-3204. Walk-ins are not available.

4. All our services are not available for pregnant women. We do not serve any pregnant women. 

5. We reserve all the right for the final explanation.
